Pursuing a relationship management focus usually involves substantial transformational organization change. Before embarking on such a journey, it is important to understand your organization’s current situation. The following questions will help you to think about and assess where your organization lies on the path toward constituent-centricity. The questions are categorized into five general areas (“Pillars”) that your United Way will need to address when developing your Relationship Management competency. This survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
After you complete the self-assessment, you’ll receive a series of high level “thought starter” ideas, unique to your local United Way and your individual responses. These initial thoughts should help you begin the process of identifying some of the key areas of focus for your relationship management efforts, as well as provide some of the immediate opportunities you may consider pursuing.
Before beginning the assessment, please share a bit of information about you and your local United Way.
